K Block

The wide range of protective structures made from key blocks is defined by the variety of element shapes in this series. In addition to the standard parallelepiped shape, the blocks can have beveled edges or curved forms both vertically and horizontally. The main advantage of key blocks lies in their patented “tongue-and-groove” design, which ensures the blocks remain interconnected even after “earthquakes” caused by bomb explosions or powerful shock waves.
Key blocks are used in the construction of bridges, tunnels, and towers. They can also be used to build support and protective walls, massive high fences, and fortified buildings.

Barbette

This structure is designed to protect basic fuel, oil, and gas storage tanks located in storage facilities. In frontline areas, the enemy constantly seeks opportunities to target Ukraine’s energy infrastructure. To attack these tanks, they use kamikaze drones equipped with fragmentation and high-explosive elements. The Barbet protective structure, thanks to its shaped elements made of heavy reinforced concrete supported by buttresses, functions as a screen, shielding and making the tanks inaccessible to enemy attacks.

Citadel

Citadel is a structure that, in addition to the primary protection from key blocks, provides a second, external, additional layer of protection made of concrete panels connected into a closed frame. It is used to enhance the level of protection and counter threats more severe than those managed by a single layer.
The Citadel structure should be used to protect facilities from the threat of cumulative shells and warheads. With the Citadel design, a cumulative charge can penetrate the outer concrete layer but will not damage the inner one. Fragments formed during penetration remain contained within the space between the external and internal concrete layers.

Bastion

Bastion is a specialized enclosed structure made of key blocks that protects against missile fragments, shock waves up to 100 kPa, and direct drone strikes. It safeguards objects up to 13 meters in height and width, with no limitations on length. The Bastion design allows for the protection of critical facilities while ensuring the flow of liquids and air, as well as providing access for personnel for maintenance and repairs.

Our goal

L7 LLC is a manufacturer of protective structures for energy facilities, manufacturing, mining, infrastructure and other enterprises in Ukraine. Due to the threat of Russia’s invasion of NATO countries, European countries are in demand for protective structures to protect the population and infrastructure. There is also a need to protect both small buildings with critical infrastructure and production facilities with large compressors, generators, transformers, mains and other technological equipment that can become easy prey for the simplest means of destruction of the enemy. The products of L7 LLC provide protection of the infrastructures from blast waves and shrapnel in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation and DBN B.2.2-5:2023.

What do we offer?

Our project is an example of the implementation of a system for protecting the technological processes of a customer’s enterprise from Shahed-136 strikes. Our structures are assembled from serial modules that are repeatable in structures of the same type. Depending on the customer’s requirements, protective structures can be made with increased strength parameters. The structures are assembled on site by welding embedded parts.
